Marvel Values Blue by TheUrDragonMaster

Format: Commander

Commander: Blue Marvel, Adam Brashear

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck, helmed by Blue Marvel, Adam Brashear, is built around a card-draw matters / hand-size matters archetype. The commander rewards drawing the second card each turn with a +1/+1 counter, and the 99 is packed with draw spells, draw engines, and creatures whose power is tied to the number of cards in hand (Psychosis Crawler, Aeon Chronicler, Body of Knowledge). The deck aims to assemble a massive hand, then win through repeated drain from Psychosis Crawler or by equipping evasive threats (including the commander) with Loxodon Warhammer or Basilisk Collar. Control elements like bounce spells and counterspells protect the game plan, while value cards such as Reed Richards, Smartest Man and Chimil, the Inner Sun compound card advantage. The deck lacks tutors and fast combo finishes, so it relies on gradual value accumulation and resilient board presence.
