Korvold by user7804359

Format: Commander

Commander: Korvold, Fae-Cursed King

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Korvold leads a sacrifice-token aristocrats deck that turns every permanent death into cards, damage, and mana. The primary plan is to generate a wide token base, sacrifice it for incremental drain via Mayhem Devil, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Mirkwood Bats, while Korvold grows and replaces each sacrificed permanent. Secondary paths include a compact Reassembling Skeleton + Phyrexian Altar + Pitiless Plunderer combo that creates infinite death triggers, and large burst turns with Chatterfang or Prossh. Korvold is the main draw engine and sac payoff; the deck is effectively built around Chatterfang as a hidden token amplifier.
