Wilhelt, the Zombiecleaver by Naandres98

Format: Commander

Commander: Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver anchors a value-based Dimir Zombie engine. The deck's primary plan is to turn Wilhelt's end-step sacrifice into gas: Jadar, Ghoulish Procession, and Poppet Stitcher // Poppet Factory keep the board stocked while each sacrificed non-decayed Zombie creates a replacement and draws a card. Secondary paths are self-mill into reanimation, Noxious Ghoul board control, and a large Exsanguinate or Corpse Cobble finisher. Ludevic, Necrogenius // Olag acts as a hidden commander: the front mills, and the back becomes a huge copy/beater. Despite a low average mana value, the deck is a grindy midrange list with no infinite combo; it wins by attrition, draining life and swinging with an overwhelming token wave.
