Deck overview

Sai, Master Thopterist is a mono-blue artifact-token engine deck. Its primary plan is to cast cheap or zero-cost artifact spells every turn, turn each cast into Thopter tokens, and use those tokens to attack and draw. Stridehangar Automaton and token makers quickly build a wide flying board, while The Antiquities War finally turns all artifacts into 5/5 attackers for a one-swing kill. The secondary path is Gogo, Master of Mimicry copying The Water Crystal's mill activation from a large hand. Sai is the draw and token engine, not the win condition; it functions as a backup plan, not a creature to swing for 21. There is no double-faced commander; Gogo functions as the hidden engine in the 99.
