Deck overview

Quintorius, History Chaser leads a synergistic Boros midrange deck that converts graveyard transitions into a formidable Spirit token army. Rather than traditional Boros aggro, the deck operates as an engine-driven strategy built around discard-to-exile enablers like Containment Construct and Conspiracy Theorist, alongside recurring assets like Squee, Goblin Nabob. Every time a card leaves the graveyard through flashback, reanimation, exile, or library tucking, Quintorius manufactures 3/2 Spirit tokens. The deck transitions into a lethal clock around Turn 6 by stacking anthem and burn effects like Warleader's Call and Balefire Liege, culminating in Quintorius's −4 ultimate to grant the Spirit horde double strike and vigilance. A dense suite of graveyard recursion spells such as Sevinne's Reclamation and Sun Titan ensures high resilience against attrition, while defensive shields like Selfless Spirit and Guardian of Faith safeguard the board against wipes. It offers an engaging, highly resilient midrange game plan that dominates through continuous incremental value and explosive combat steps.
