Deck overview

This mono-blue deck wins by milling opponents out, not by dealing damage. It uses small crabs and enchantments that mill a few cards at a time, then boosts each mill event with The Water Crystal and Mindcrank. A dense blink package with Thassa, Deadeye Navigator, Displacer Kitten and instant flicker spells reuses enter-the-battlefield value and protects key creatures while drawing cards. Quistis Trepe acts as repeatable graveyard recursion for instant and sorcery spells, not as the main engine. Two artifact-based infinite mana lines with Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal and Hullbreaker Horror + Mox Amber + Sol Ring provide an alternate engine that powers The Water Crystal to mill the table.
