Deck overview

This Grixis deck focuses on punishing card draw through Nekusar, the Mindrazer and an array of redundant static punishers like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, and Liliana's Caress. The strategy accelerates on Turns 1 to 3 using artifacts and rituals like Sol Ring, Chrome Mox, and Dark Ritual. On Turn 4, it establishes critical onset by casting mass wheel effects such as Wheel of Fortune or Windfall, burning each opponent for 14 to 21 damage while refilling its own hand. A single response cycle follows where opponents suffer passive draw triggers, after which a second wheel or an Underworld Breach storm loop closes the game on Turn 5. The deck maintains resilience using free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship, alongside proactive disruption from Leyline of the Void and Teferi's Puzzle Box.
