Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Golgari Elf-tribal swarm deck built around High Perfect Morcant, whose ETB-triggered "blight" softens opponents' boards and whose tap-three-Elves Proliferate ability scales the deck's counter subtheme. The primary plan is a classic go-wide Elf strategy: accelerate with a dense mana-dork package (Llanowar Elves, Priest of Titania, Deathbloom Gardener), flood the board with token engines (Imperious Perfect, Presence of Gond, Lathril, Blade of the Elves) and token doublers (Doubling Season, Parallel Lives), then close the game either with a massive Craterhoof Behemoth swing or Lathril's tap-ten-Elves life-drain. A secondary +1/+1 counter axis (Tyvar the Bellicose, Dionus, Elvish Archdruid, Ivy Lane Denizen) feeds Morcant's proliferate and Agatha's Soul Cauldron synergies. The commander is a supportive value piece rather than a load-bearing engine - the deck's real core is the redundant Elf package in the 99.
