This is a mono-white historic-matters reanimator deck helmed by Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle. The core plan is to cast cheap historic spells - primarily artifacts and Vehicles - to trigger Teshar's recursion, returning small creatures and Vehicles from the graveyard to the battlefield.
