Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant drives a Golgari elf-token deck built on repeated blights. Every Elf that enters, including tokens, forces each opponent to put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control, so the deck floods cheap Elves and token doublers to turn those counters into removal, more Elves, and card advantage. Flourishing Defenses converts each -1/-1 counter into an Elf token, and Blowfly Infestation chains counter deaths into an engine. Lathril, Blade of the Elves acts as a hidden secondary commander, providing both a token factory and a life-total finisher. Secondary plans are classic elfball combat: mana dorks, anthem lords, Beastmaster Ascension, Ezuri's overrun, and Shaman of the Pack drains.
