Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond to turn combat damage into massive mana advantages. The Eleventh Doctor makes himself or allies unblockable and suspends high-cost spells directly from hand upon dealing combat damage. Amy Pond immediately attacks to strip time counters, dramatically accelerating the release of game-ending threats like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship, and Flaming Tyrannosaurus. Complementary cards like Passionate Archaeologist, Quintorius Kand, and Vega, the Watcher reward casting spells from exile with heavy burn and card draw. The deck operates primarily at sorcery speed during combat, relying on evasive equipment and spells like Brotherhood Regalia and Aqueous Form to guarantee combat connections. While vulnerable to early targeted removal on its low-toughness commanders, the deck protects its board with spells like Deflecting Swat and Boros Charm while suspended cards tick down safely in exile.
