Deck overview

This Boros Dwarf Typal deck is led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, leveraging the synergy between Dwarf creature deployments and artifact token generation. The strategy curves out with low-cost Dwarves on Turns 1 through 3, establishes its commander on Turn 4 or 5, and rapidly builds an overwhelming board of Treasure and Equipment tokens. Each artifact token increases the offensive power of the Dwarf army, turning small utility creatures into lethal threats. Support cards like Magda, Brazen Outlaw provide continuous acceleration and tutor access to heavy-hitting Dragons such as Hellkite Tyrant and Goldspan Dragon. Board evasion and closing power are supplemented by Taunt from the Rampart, Dáin Ironfoot's double strike triggers, and versatile defensive tools like Galadriel's Dismissal and Unbreakable Formation. The deck operates as a high-synergy combat engine capable of closing out games by Turn 8 through combat damage.
