Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white Soldier tribal and go-wide token aggro list commanded by Myrel, Shield of Argive. The game plan centers on deploying efficient Soldier creatures in the early turns, casting Myrel on Turn 4, and attacking on Turn 5 to exponentially multiply the Soldier count. Myrel’s static Grand Abolisher effect creates a protected combat environment by preventing opponents from casting spells or activating artifact, creature, or enchantment abilities during your turn. The deck leverages powerful team-wide pump effects like Cathars' Crusade, Goldnight Commander, and Inspiring Leader to convert token swarms into overwhelming lethal power by Turn 6, closing out the table on Turn 7. Defensively, a deep suite of mass indestructible instants like Rootborn Defenses and Make a Stand protects the army from opposing sweepers during off-turns. While the deck lacks fast mana and dedicated nonland tutors, its high functional redundancy, built-in turn protection, and exponential token scaling make it a potent, resilient combat engine.
