Shadow attempt 2 by bobbysmith123

Format: Commander

Commander: Shadow the Hedgehog

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Rakdos sacrifice deck is helmed by Shadow the Hedgehog, a commander that rewards you for creatures with flash or haste dying by drawing cards and grants a potent split-second ability to spells cast with artifact mana. The primary game plan revolves around assembling an infinite sacrifice loop using Nether Traitor, an altar (Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar), and Pitiless Plunderer to generate infinite mana and death triggers, then draining the table with Mayhem Devil, Bastion of Remembrance, or Marionette Apprentice. The deck also leverages temporary theft effects (Act of Treason, Insurrection) to steal key creatures and sacrifice them for value, and can grind out games through Braids, Arisen Nightmare and Blood Money. The commander's haste and draw ability keep the hand full while the split-second cloak protects the winning turn.
