Deck overview

This Sultai deck blends classic Elf kindred swarm tactics with a graveyard-based ability engine led by Thranduil, the Elvenking. In the early turns, the deck develops mana with classic dorks like Elvish Mystic and fills the graveyard using self-mill cards such as Scarblade Scout and Lys Alana Informant. Once Thranduil enters on Turn 5, he absorbs the activated abilities of every Elf in the graveyard. This turns him into a massive mana engine via Woodland Weavemaster, an evasive threat via Elvenking's Harper, and a durable attacker via Iron-Shield Elf. The deck creates consistent card advantage whenever legendary Elves enter, cycling through the library to find lord effects like Imperious Perfect and Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen. While vulnerable to targeted graveyard hate and lacking fast combo finishes, the deck applies overwhelming combat pressure by Turn 7 and closes the game across consecutive turns.
