Commander: Sauron, the Dark Lord

Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord is the engine of a ring-tempts/Amass build: he turns opponent spells into Orc Army counters and converts ring tempts into a discard-hand-and-draw-four refill. The deck develops a giant Army with Saruman, the White Hand, Dreadhorde Invasion, and the Nazgul package, then closes either by attacking through Rogue's Passage or by using Fall of Cair Andros plus Blasphemous Act to make an enormous Army and Chandra's Ignition to one-shot all opponents. A Wraith side-plan via Lord of the Nazgul and nine Nazgul provides flying beatdown, while Living Death and reanimation spells give comeback reach.
