Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is an Aristocrats and Reanimator combo strategy commanded by Bartolomé del Presidio, who provides a dedicated, zero-mana sacrifice outlet directly in the command zone. The deck's primary plan focuses on stocking the graveyard during the opening turns using self-mill enablers such as Stitcher's Supplier, Undead Butler, and Throne of the Grim Captain, before resolving potent reanimation spells to deploy high-impact combo engines like Boonweaver Giant or Sun Titan. Once deployed, Boonweaver Giant tutors death-trigger Auras including Kaya's Ghostform or Minion's Return, creating an infinite sacrifice loop alongside Bartolomé. Paired with aristocrat drain payoffs like Zulaport Cutthroat, Marionette Apprentice, and Bastion of Remembrance, this engine converts death triggers into an immediate same-turn table kill. Secondary lines leverage Sun Titan loops or pivot into resilient midrange combat through large reanimated threats.
