Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-white Equipment Voltron list commanded by Cloud, Midgar Mercenary. Cloud serves as both a reliable equipment tutor upon entering the battlefield and a potent multiplier that doubles all triggered abilities on himself and his attached gear. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Cloud on turn 2 to fetch high-impact equipment like Sword of Hearth and Home, Colossus Hammer, or Genji Glove, then cheating equip costs through enablers such as Puresteel Paladin, Forge Anew, or Sigarda's Aid. Once equipped on turn 3, Cloud establishes critical combat pressure on turn 4, generating massive card flow, ramp, or burst commander damage with doubled combat triggers. The deck protects its commander using efficient instant-speed phasing and indestructible spells like Flawless Maneuver and Teferi's Protection. It eliminates opponents sequentially across three combat cycles, backed by redundant secondary threats like Balan, Wandering Knight and Danitha, Benalia's Hope.
