Deck overview

Aminatou, the Fateshifter leads an Esper value-control deck designed to exploit compounding advantages through enter-the-battlefield triggers and loyalty abilities. The deck establishes early board presence with utility creatures such as Baleful Strix, Atris, Oracle of Half-Truths, and Mulldrifter, repeatedly flickering them using Aminatou alongside support engines like Soulherder and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling. Opposing threats are handled through recurring removal from Ravenous Chupacabra, Cavalier of Dawn, and Ashen Rider, backed by sweepers including Damnation and Cyclonic Rift. The deck pivots to win on Turn 6 by assembling infinite blink loops with Felidar Guardian and Oath of Teferi, or generating infinite mana via Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake. These loops allow the deck to instantly eliminate all three opponents using Gray Merchant of Asphodel life loss or draw into Laboratory Maniac for a clean same-turn finish.
