This is a tuned Grixis wheel-and-punish deck helmed by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The plan is simple and brutal: force every opponent to draw far more cards than they want, then convert those draws into table-wide life loss through a dense stack of draw-punishers. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is the flagship engine-extra draw on every turn plus 1 damage per card-but the 99 backs him with redundant pingers (Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Razorkin Needlehead, Scrawling Crawler), damage doublers/triplers (Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph), and a deep wheel suite (Wheel of Fortune, Timetwister, Windfall, Echo of Eons, and more). Secondary angles include discard-punish packages (Waste Not, Tergrid, God of Fright, Megrim), Peer into the Abyss as a one-shot finisher, and Niv-Mizzet lines with Curiosity. The deck wins by collapsing life totals under forced card flow rather than combat.
