Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind helms a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck that wins by amassing charge counters and +1/+1 counters at an exponential rate. The deck's primary plan is to deploy cheap artifacts, cast Kilo on curve (haste ensures immediate combat triggers), and use her "whenever Kilo becomes tapped, proliferate" ability as a repeatable engine. Proliferate-doublers like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and mass-proliferate spells such as Expansion Algorithm rocket the counter totals on Darksteel Reactor (auto-win at 20 counters) or Lux Artillery (10 damage to each opponent at 30 counters). A secondary combat path uses Cyberdrive Awakener, Threefold Thunderhulk, and Sami, Wildcat Captain to create an overwhelming board of large artifact creatures. The deck is dense with artifact synergies, cost reducers, and card-draw engines but has very few tutors and fragile interaction.
