Winota, cEDH by Gabbayin

Format: Commander

Commander: Winota, Joiner of Forces

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Boros stax-aggro deck helmed by Winota, Joiner of Forces, built around the classic "non-Human attackers flip Humans" engine. The plan is to deploy a swarm of cheap non-Human attackers - Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Gingerbrute, Ornithopter, and token generators like Legion Warboss, Loyal Apprentice, and Ocelot Pride - then attack to trigger Winota, dumping Humans like Blade Historian, Angrath's Marauders, and Goldnight Commander onto the battlefield tapped and attacking with indestructible. A dense stax package (Archon of Emeria, Eidolon of Rhetoric, Deafening Silence, Drannith Magistrate, Spirit of the Labyrinth) locks opponents out of casting spells while the deck wins through combat damage multiplied by double strike, damage doubling, and extra combat phases from Combat Celebrant and Breath of Fury. Secondary combo lines include Rionya, Fire Dancer + Combat Celebrant for infinite combats.
