Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos burn and lifegain-drain strategy led by Ingris Stingerquill. Ingris weaponizes every attacking creature by dealing 1 noncombat damage to each opponent on declaration. This multi-target pinging constantly fuels powerful triggers across the 99, transforming chip damage into massive card advantage via Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin, huge mana generation through Neheb, the Eternal, and lethal life swings with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. When equipped with lifelink from sources like Shadowspear or Witch's Clinic, Ingris turns each combat into substantial life gain while bleeding the entire table simultaneously. High-velocity draw engines like Necropotence and Bolas's Citadel sustain momentum, digging rapidly into extra combat spells like Relentless Assault or the definitive infinite drain loop of Exquisite Blood and Vito. With efficient redirection interaction like Deflecting Swat protecting key pieces, the deck applies relentless pressure and finishes games decisively by Turn 7.
