Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages Gwenom, Remorseless as a Bolas's Citadel from the command zone. Driven by a dense suite of 0-1 CMC fast mana rocks, dark rituals, and 0-cost artifact creatures, the deck aims to cast Gwenom rapidly, grant her haste, and attack on Turn 4. Gwenom's attack trigger turns your life total into mana, letting you cast spells directly off the top of your library. The deck features an ultra-low land count augmented by modal double-faced lands, virtually eliminating topdeck land stalls. As you churn through 0-cost constructs, cantrips, and scry engines, lifegain artifacts like Aetherflux Reservoir, Demon's Horn, and Prism Ring replenish your life pool. The primary finish assembles Sensei's Divining Top with Aetherflux Reservoir to generate infinite storm and life, eliminating all three opponents with 50-damage activations in a single turn. Backup lines utilize Mortuary or Gravecrawler sacrifice loops.
