Deck overview

Elminster is a scry-driven Azorius planeswalker deck that turns every scry into temporary mana discounts and Faerie Dragon tokens. The primary plan is to deploy Elminster, double his loyalty activations with Oath of Teferi, and -3 him into a high-mana card like Draco or Omniscience to create a huge flying army, then chain extra turns to keep attacking and re-activating. A secondary Approach of the Second Sun + Windfall line offers a compact hand-cast win. The deck can grind with Talrand, Storm Herd, and Jin-Gitaxias, but its goldfish speed depends on assembling the Elminster/Oath/high-mana/extra-turn package. Deification and Restoration Magic protect the fragile planeswalker.
