Deck overview

Captain N'ghathrod leads a Dimir Horror mill-and-steal build whose goal is to fill opponents' graveyards, then weaponize those graveyards. The commander gives every Horror menace and, whenever a Horror connects, mills cards equal to the damage dealt; at end step she reanimates the best artifact or creature milled that turn. The 99 leans on a dense Horror package-Zellix, Sanity Flayer, Consuming Aberration, Nemesis of Reason, Guiltfeeder-combined with mass-mill sorceries like Maddening Cacophony, Fractured Sanity, and Court of Cunning to deck all three opponents. Reanimation and theft effects such as Reanimate, Breach the Multiverse, and Mnemonic Betrayal create huge swings and let the commander take the best cards out of opponents' libraries. A compact infinite-mana line with Hullbreaker Horror and Sol Ring fired through Mind Grind offers a faster alternate finish.
