Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Uugguu, the Omniplasm leads a Sultai Ooze deck with two overlapping plans. The primary kill is Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation: name a card not in the library, exile it, then win on the Oracle trigger. Tutors assemble this line. The secondary plan is an Ooze swarm: Uugguu turns every nontoken Ooze death into two 2/2 copies, and Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, and Reflections of Littjara multiply the board. The Mimeoplasm and Necrotic Ooze act as hidden Ooze payoffs, while Reanimate and Victimize rebuild after wipes. The commander is an engine, not a combo piece, so the deck can function without it, but the beatdown plan depends on it.
