Omnath Cascade by Av1

Format: Commander

Commander: Omnath, Locus of All

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color cascade midrange deck helmed by Omnath, Locus of All. The plan is to ramp into expensive multicolored bombs, then chain cascade triggers from pieces like Maelstrom Nexus, Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty, Apex Devastator, and Maelstrom Wanderer to dump free permanents onto the board. Jodah, Archmage Eternal and Fist of Suns turn the deck's dense WUBRG costs into a flat five-mana tax, while Omnath converts top-deck hits with three or more colored pips into burst mana and card advantage. Primary wins come from combat with oversized threats (Progenitus, Zacama, Primal Calamity, End-Raze Forerunners) rather than infinite combos. The deck plays as a value-oriented cascade pile that aims to overwhelm the table once the first big cascade resolves.
