Izzet 🤢 by About46Pandas

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier helms a tightly tuned Izzet spellslinger deck that marries a low-curve cantrip shell with explosive ritual-based mana. The commander grows off every noncreature spell, pinging each opponent while stacking +1/+1 counters, then its activated ability converts that power into a burst of red and blue mana - a self-contained engine that fuels storm, X-spell, or combo finishes. The primary win path is a one-turn storm kill via Grapeshot or a massive Chandra's Ignition on a pumped Vivi, with the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Ophidian Eye infinite-damage combo as a robust secondary line. Mizzix's Mastery and Will of the Jeskai provide mass flashback recovery, while a dense counterspell suite protects the turn you go off. The deck is fast, narrow, and rewards tight sequencing.
