Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Temur Dragon tribal stompy strategy built around Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan accelerates mana through efficient 1-3 CMC ramp artifacts, spells, and tribal cost-reducers such as Urza's Incubator and Dragonspeaker Shaman. On Turn 4 or 5, the deck deploys Ureni of the Unwritten or Hellkite Courser to look at the top eight cards and cheat a massive Dragon onto the battlefield. Synergy engines like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas convert each Dragon entry into immediate damage and token multiplication. Haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy allow Ureni to attack immediately, triggering another free Dragon. The deck closes out games quickly on Turn 6 by doubling combat damage with Atarka, World Render or Twinflame Tyrant, overwhelming the entire table with lethal flying combat and direct burn damage.
