This is a Dimir Horror-tribal mill deck helmed by Captain N'ghathrod. The primary plan is to mill all three opponents out through a dense web of mill engines - Horror combat triggers, Phenax, God of Deception tap-mill, landfall and cast triggers - all amplified by Bruvac the Grandiloquent and The Water Crystal. The commander doubles as a theft engine, reanimating the best milled artifact or creature each end step, with Mind Flayer and Brainstealer Dragon as backup. Win conditions are the Bruvac the Grandiloquent + half-library spell finish (Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, Kitsune's Technique), the Mindcrank + Bloodchief Ascension infinite loop, and Phenax tapping oversized Horrors like Consuming Aberration. This is a slow, grindy inevitability machine that wins by attrition rather than speed.
