Homer, the Hermit pilots a Sultai landfall and self-mill strategy that converts land drops into deep graveyard advantage and mill pressure. The deck leverages Homer alongside creature type synergies including Crabs and Changelings to scale mill triggers per land entry. Early turns establish mana acceleration with dorks and land tutors like Nature's Lore. In the midgame, self-milling feeds massive land recursion engines through Aftermath Analyst, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, and Hedge Shredder. The deck achieves victory by chaining mass landfall triggers to mill out opponents, overwhelming tables with Rise of the Dark Realms, or swarming with Field of the Dead Zombie tokens.
