Deck overview

Caesar, Legion's Emperor leads a Mardu token/aristocrats deck that turns the attack step into a card-draw and token engine. The primary plan is to cast Caesar, feed it small creatures, create hasty Soldier tokens, and double those triggers with Isshin or Windcrag Siege. Secondary paths include drain-and-die aristocrats with Zulaport Cutthroat, Elas il-Kor, and Mirkwood Bats, plus a compact persist combo using Putrid Goblin, Cathars' Crusade, and Goblin Bombardment. Caesar is central but not the only win condition: the deck can pivot into token doublers and triplers such as Elspeth and Ojer Taq, and finish with Caesar's damage mode, Arabella, Jeska, or mass drain.
