Funny Blue Girl by Syr_Kaspaug

Format: Commander

Commander: Syr Elenora, the Discerning

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue hand-size deck builds around Syr Elenora, the Discerning, whose power equals cards in hand. The primary plan is to ramp with early artifacts, resolve large draw spells, then kill with Syr Elenora commander damage. Secondary paths are the Atemsis, All-Seeing hand-reveal kill, Psychosis Crawler drain off each draw, and a Laboratory Maniac/Jace, Wielder of Mysteries self-mill finish. Island-matters control-Engulf the Shore, Wash Out, Scourge of Fleets, Vedalken Shackles-buys time. The commander is the main clock and a mild tax-defense engine; Atemsis acts as a hidden commander because it leverages the same giant hand. There is no double-faced commander; Sea Gate Restoration and Behold the Unspeakable are modal cards.
