Control through Killing by user8843112

Format: Commander

Commander: Shay Cormac

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Shay Cormac is a targeted-removal control deck that turns every removal spell into a miniature engine: the commander's activated ability strips defenses, every targeted spell plants a bounty counter, and each bounty death turns Shay into a lethal commander-damage threat. The hidden second commander is Killian, Ink Duelist, who discounts all creature-targeting spells, allowing two or even three removals per turn. Bounty Board and Termination Facilitator add redundant ways to place and cash bounties, while a dense protection suite keeps Shay alive through wraths and spot removal. The deck has no combo; it wins by attrition, card draw, and one final unblockable commander swing.
