Deck overview

This deck combines Aristocrats sacrifice mechanics with an aggressive Voltron win condition led by Super Shredder. Every time any permanent leaves the battlefield—including treasures, fetchlands, and sacrificed creatures—Shredder gains a +1/+1 counter. The deck leverages symmetric edicts like Fleshbag Marauder and Accursed Marauder alongside recurring sacrifice fodder like Bloodghast and Ophiomancer to rapidly swell Shredder to lethal size while wiping opposing boards clean. Protective equipment such as Commander's Plate, Brotherhood Regalia, and Lightning Greaves grants evasion and ward, allowing Shredder to eliminate opponents in rapid succession through unblockable commander damage. When combat is obstructed, big-mana engines powered by Cabal Coffers and Crypt Ghast fuel game-ending alternatives like Torment of Hailfire and Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
