Deck overview

This five-color Mutant Ninja Turtle tribal deck, helmed by Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart, is a +1/+1 counter and token synergy engine. The primary game plan is to deploy a wide board of creatures, rapidly accumulate counters through Mutagen tokens and support pieces like Doubling Season and Corpsejack Menace, then close out games via combat damage amplified by Raphael, the Muscle's damage doubler, All Will Be One's counter-based burn, or extra combat steps from Waves of Aggression and Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals. The deck leans on its commanders for incremental value-Leonardo's once-per-turn counter spread and Michelangelo's attack-triggered counter and Food-but the 99 contains enough independent counter engines and token generators to function without them. It is a midrange value deck that aims to out-grind opponents through repeated counter placement and combat inevitability.
