Deck overview

Alaundo the Seer commands a high-synergy Simic storm deck focused on tap and untap mechanics. By utilizing dense redundancy of creature untappers such as Kiora's Follower, Kelpie Guide, and Ioreth of the Healing House, the deck repeatedly activates Alaundo the Seer to draw cards and rapidly tick down time counters on exiled spells. Once the chain begins, exiled creatures enter with haste, fueling further untaps and casting the majority of the library for free. The deck converts this overwhelming velocity into a decisive same-turn win via Tidespout Tyrant bounces, Scourge of Fleets board wipes, and massive pump effects from End-Raze Forerunners and Rumbleweed. A robust suite of low-cost countermagic defends the engine during critical development windows, while secondary lock pieces like Stasis and Dismiss into Dream completely shut down opposing interaction.
