Deck overview

Galadriel, Light of Valinor leads a Bant creature-combo deck that turns every creature entering into mana, counters, or cards. The primary plan is to chain cheap creatures and flicker effects into Galadriel's alliance triggers, generating enough mana and draws to assemble a blink loop with Felidar Guardian, Karmic Guide, and Preston, the Vanisher, then close with Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Secondary paths use Emiel the Blessed with Cloud of Faeries and Galadriel for infinite mana, or an elf-token beatdown plan with Imperious Perfect and Leaf-Crowned Visionary. The deck is heavily commander-dependent: Galadriel is the engine that converts creature entries into mana and cards, and without her the deck falls back to slower value beats. The hidden commander is Preston, the Vanisher, as the primary payoff for the blink loops.
