Guras's Gobbos by user9402243

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Great Goblin leads a Rakdos goblin engine that weaponizes counters and deaths. The primary plan is to swarm with cheap goblins, use Gev, Scaled Scorch as the hidden combo linchpin to put extra counters on entering creatures, and convert counters and sacrifice triggers into burn. The real kill is a persist loop: Putrid Goblin plus Gev plus a sacrifice outlet gives infinite death triggers, infinite red mana, and a pseudo-tutor through The Great Goblin's exile effect, usually ending with Pashalik Mons or Goblin Bombardment. Secondary paths are Krenko token swarms and aristocrat pings. The Great Goblin is an engine and payoff, while Gev is the functional hidden commander.
