Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck led by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. Kuja generates 0/1 Wizard tokens that ping each opponent for 1 damage whenever you cast a noncreature spell, transforming into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied to double Wizard damage once you control four Wizards. The game plan relies on deploying early mana rocks and cost reducers, establishing Kuja and supporting pingers like Coruscation Mage and Guttersnipe, and leveraging mana engines like Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist. On Turn 6, the deck initiates an explosive storm turn by chaining low-cost cantrips and rituals like Dark Ritual, Seething Song, and Mana Geyser, followed by mass recursion through Past in Flames or Mizzix's Mastery. This generates dozens of noncreature cast triggers that burn all three opponents to zero in a single turn without passing priority, backed by free protection spells like Deflecting Swat.
