High Perfect Morcant commands a Golgari Elf tribal engine that merges classic Elfball mana acceleration with continuous -1/-1 counter attrition. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with low-cost mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and Priest of Titania, deploying High Perfect Morcant by Turn 3 or 4.
