Deck overview

This is a mono-blue "draw-second-card" engine deck helmed by Minn, Wily Illusionist. The core plan is to stack repeatable draw triggers, turn every second card drawn per turn into Illusion tokens, then sacrifice those Illusions to Minn's second ability to cheat large permanents such as Consecrated Sphinx, Hullbreaker Horror, Psychosis Crawler, or Mordenkainen out of hand. The deck generates heavy card advantage, grows evasive threats like Toothy, Imaginary Friend and Oneirophage, and closes games through flying/unblockable combat beats, Psychosis Crawler drain, or the alternative win condition of Triskaidekaphile at a 13-card hand. Its primary weakness is speed and search: it has essentially no tutor package, so the strongest draws depend on natural topdecks.
