Blink Dog by Rkohl89

Format: Commander

Commander: Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white flicker value engine built around Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. Phelia's attack trigger exiles a nonland permanent until end step, letting you reuse enter-the-battlefield (ETB) effects every turn. The 99 is packed with creatures that generate cards, tokens, life, or removal on entry: Spirited Companion, Flickerwisp, Charming Prince, Stonehorn Dignitary, and many more. Panharmonicon and Gandalf the White double these triggers, while Smothering Tithe and Land Tax keep the mana flowing. The primary win condition is combat damage, powered by Serra's Emissary (protection + unblockable) or Myr Battlesphere (massive token army). Felidar Sovereign offers an alternate life-gain victory. The deck is resilient but slow, relying on value accumulation rather than fast combos.
