Commander: Blim, Comedic Genius

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos 'bad gifts' deck. Blim, Comedic Genius hands harmful permanents to opponents and converts every hit into global life loss and discard. The primary plan is to empty hands and let Waste Not, Liliana's Caress, and Tinybones turn those discards into resources and damage. Secondary paths gift Nefarious Lich or Lich's Mastery and destroy them to eliminate one player, or slowly grind with Demonic Pact and Captive Audience. There is no hidden commander; Tergrid is a support piece. The deck wins by attrition: set up donation and discard engines, connect with Blim, then use the generated mana to activate Tinybones multiple times.
