Deck overview

This is a mono-black Shadowborn Apostle combo deck. The hidden commander is the one-mana Cleric army: Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker returns sacrificed Apostles at end step, turning six-Apostle sacrifices into reusable Demon tutors. The primary plan is to tutor a critical Demon (Razaketh or Rune-Scarred Demon), then use Secret Salvage and Bubbling Muck to burst into four different Demons and win with Liliana's Contract on the next upkeep. Drain creatures, Syr Konrad, and Archfiend of Despair provide a grind backup, and Grave Pact/Blasphemous Edict keep the board clear. The deck is high-tutor but draw-light, and extremely dependent on keeping Shirei on the battlefield.
