Deck overview

This Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm Temur Dragon tribal deck leans heavily into the commander's ability to create nonlegendary token copies of nontoken Dragons that enter the battlefield. The primary win condition is accumulating huge amounts of ETB damage from Scourge of Valkas, Terror of the Peaks, and Dragon Tempest, amplified by token doublers like Parallel Lives and Adrix and Nev, Twincasters. A dense suite of clone effects that do not target (e.g., Spark Double, Phyrexian Metamorph) lets the pilot duplicate the best dragons while preserving shroud protection from Steely Resolve and equipment. The deck can also win through combat, especially when Thrakkus the Butcher doubles power and haste enablers like Rhythm of the Wild or Temur Ascendancy give lethal swings. Overall, the deck is a value-oriented engine that aims to overwhelm the table with exponential token generation and direct damage triggers.
