Deck overview

This deck pairs Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith and Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to form a resilient Gruul engine centered on landfall, artifact tokens, and Golem tribal combat. Toggo converts every land drop into a Rock equipment token. Whenever you sacrifice Rocks to deal direct damage or sacrifice Treasures and Clues for mana and cards, Ich-Tekik places +1/+1 counters on itself and every Golem you control. The deck ramps aggressively on early turns, establishes both commanders by Turn 5, and turns simple land drops into massive board growth. Secondary engines like Crime Novelist, Academy Manufactor, and Biotech Specialist provide mana velocity, extra tokens, and direct player burn. While the deck lacks high-tier tutors and instant-speed stack interaction, it generates significant board presence and recovers quickly from wipes through its high land density and command zone access.
