Dark Mechanicum by deadsandstorm

Format: Commander

Commander: Belisarius Cawl

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Belisarius Cawl is an Azorius artifact-combo deck that uses its commander to generate infinite Warrior tokens with Intruder Alarm and 0-cost artifact creatures, then wins with Throne of the God-Pharaoh or Altar of the Brood. The secondary plan is a hard mana lock with Karn, the Great Creator and Mycosynth Lattice, backed by Urza, Lord High Artificer as a hidden commander for mana and card advantage. The deck is dense with cheap artifacts, cost reducers, and tutors, allowing it to assemble combo pieces quickly. It plays a critical-mass artifact game with draw engines like Vedalken Archmage, Sai, and Thought Monitor, and can pivot to combat with Kappa Cannoneer and Steel Overseer if the combo is disrupted.
