Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-white Equipment swarm strategy led by Ekthi, Contaminator Priest. Ekthi transforms every Equipment into a self-equipping living weapon threat while providing a tribal anthem to keep 0/0 Germ tokens alive. This bypasses traditional equip-cost tempo bottlenecks and instantly builds a wide, tall board of Phyrexian attackers. Fast mana like Sol Ring and Mana Vault powers out Ekthi ahead of curve, followed by high-stat armaments such as Colossus Hammer, Nettlecyst, and Bloodforged Battle-Axe. Card draw engines like Puresteel Paladin, Sram, Senior Edificer, and The One Ring sustain hand size as armaments flood the battlefield. The deck protects its board through resilient defensive spells including Clever Concealment, Dawn's Truce, and Commander's Plate. While susceptible to artifact sweepers and removal targeting Ekthi, alternate equip enablers like Sigarda's Aid and infect lines with Inkmoth Nexus provide robust backup paths to victory.
